Description

Emerging gracefully from submerged bulbous corms anchored by intricate fibrous roots, Alisma subcordatum showcases baby-breath branching panicles, adorned with delicate pink to white three-petalled flowers. As a clump-forming seed coloniser, it thrives in the tranquillity of permanently inundated waters, its verdant foliage evolving from ribbon-like underwater strands to dark green ovate leaves.
